Connie Pritchett » Welcome!

Welcome!

Welcome to Ms. Pritchett's Life Skills Class!  I'm so excited to be a part of Quinlan ISD.  My granddaughter, Hannah and I have recently moved back to the great state of Texas from the beautiful mountains of Arkansas and are thrilled to be in this part of Texas.

I am the 1st and 2nd Grade Life Skills teacher and am proud to have many years of teaching experience to bring to the table.  My personal philosophy of teaching is that it is critical for teachers to be life-long learners if we are to instill that same value into our students.  We live in a rapidly changing world, and it is necessary to continue to grow individually in order to impact our future leaders.

I am a graduate of Texas A&M University-Texarkana and continued my education at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.  After graduation, I went to work for FedEx and delivered packages for almost 10 years.  Although I loved and miss working outdoors, I have never regretted having the opportunity to help shape young minds.
