Welcome

This year I will be celebrating my 21st year in education!  I taught First Grade, Second Grade and Reading Intervention.  I have been married to my best friend for 36 years.  I have two children and two grandchildren.  This year I will continue to work as a Reading Interventionist at Cannon.  I was voted Teacher of the Year for 2020!!!  In my free time I enjoy reading, playing with my grandchildren and shopping!

 

I attended Texas A&M-Commerce where I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood EC-4.  

I currently hold certifications in ESL and Gifted and Talented Education and I am a recent Reading Academy graduate!

  7:00-8:30          Morning Duty-Gym

  8:30-10:00        First Grade Reading Rotations

  10:00-11:30       Kindergarten Reading Rotations

  11:30-12:00       Lunch

  12:30-12:50       Lunch Duty

  1:00-2:30          Second Grade Reading Rotations

  2:30-3:25          Conference

  3:25-4:00          Preparations/Planning for Groups
