My name is Juliet Miller. I graduated from Balch Springs Christian Academy in 1995 and attended Eastfield Community College 1995-1999, and graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2003. I have a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies; I am certified in ESL, Special Education, and in Early Childhood up to 8th general education. My first 6 years of working and teaching were at Bonnie Gentry Elementary in Mesquite and I taught Kindergarten up to 6th grade in Total Language Classroom. I taught Headstart up to 4th grade at Winnsboro Elementary in Winnsboro in a Resource classroom for 7 years. I have taught 3rd and 4th-grade students in a Life Choice program in Greenville ISD for 2 years. This is going on my 18th year to teach Special Education, and my third year in Quinlan ISD. I enjoy D.C. Cannon and the staff. I love my students and parents. My favorite part of teaching is encouraging my students not to give up, you can become whatever you want to be when you grow up.
"Just remember, you can do anything you set your mind to, but it takes action, perseverance, and facing your fears."
My husband Phillip and I have been married for 7 years. We enjoy raising chickens, ducks, a goose, and a peacock, gardening, hunting, fishing, camping together, and the 2 grandchildren.
