Mrs. Barrow's Precious Panthers

About Mrs. Barrow: Hello! This is my 2nd year at Quinlan ISD and I am one of the Life Skills Teachers at Cannon Elementary School. This is my 15th year of teaching Special Education. I have been married for 21 years and have 3 beautiful children and 2 adorable dogs!! Thomas is 15 (9th grade); James is 14 (8th grade); and Elizabeth is 12 (6th grade).
