Mrs. Barrow's Precious Panthers

About Mrs. Barrow: Hello! I am new to Quinlan ISD and am the Life Skills Teacher at Cannon Elementary School. This is my 14th year of teaching Special Education. I have been married for 20 years and have 3 beautiful children and 2 adorable dogs!! Thomas is 14 (8th grade); James is 12 (7th grade); and Elizabeth is 10 (5th grade).
